GameKnack offers content developers a one stop solution for sales and distribution.
GameKnack handles the front end advertising, sales and distribution while allowing developers
to focus on content development. GameKnack does this while paying developers one of the highest
royalties on content. |

Here is how it works
|
|
1. Sign up for a standard GameKnack account through My GameKnack.
2. Sign up as a developer through the link at the bottom of this page.
3. Add items to your store through My GameKnack.
4.Items are approved by GameKnack staff to insure they comply with content requirements (usually under 72 hours).
5.Items are submitted to the GameKnack system and are available to the general public for sale.

Content Requirements |
| 1.Content offered must be the property of the registered developer. Proactive steps we take to insure content authenticity include monitoring content against other markets and maintaining a list of all preivously offending content for comparison purposes and future reference. |
| 2.No explicitly obscene, vulgar, offensive or pornographic material. |
| 3.Content must match corresponding item details given for items in the post. Ex.
If a post has a model as having 1400 polygons, but the actual model has 2300 polygons it will be turned down or corrected. |
Any violation of article 1 of the content agreement will result in the developer’s items being removed from GameKnack and the developer being banned from the GameKnack Developer network. Violation of articles 2 and 3 will result in the item not being listed by GameKnack but the Developer is encouraged to correct the issues, if possible, and resubmit the item.
Any suspected volitions may be reported to Support@GameKnack.com and the matter will be investigated. Repeated bogus and unfounded claims by any user will result in the user being removed and blocked. GameKnack appreciates your efforts in helping us keep our marketplace honest and reliable. |

Items compliance with the content requirements and resulting actions are at the full discretion of the GameKnack staff.
If for any reason items are denied the developer will be contacted with an explanation and they are encouraged to correct the problem and resubmit the item.

Developer Agreement |
| Developer refers to the person, persons, or entity that is registering with GameKnack
for the purpose of offering content for sale through the GameKnack system. |
| 1.Developer agrees that all content submitted under developer's name to the GameKnack system is the property of said
developer and in no way violates any Non-Disclosure agreements, Intellectual property rights or exclusive agreements. |
| 2. Developer releases GameKnack from any legal and/or liable responsibly for any action
resulting from content items posted for sale that may violate any Non-Disclosure agreements, Intellectual property rights or exclusive agreements. |
| 3.Developer gives GameKnack rights to advertise, sale and distribute content items under the GameKnack trade mark. |
| 4. Developer gives GameKnack the right to use content items in advertising, marketing and business presentations and campaigns. |
| 5.Developer gives GameKnack the right to package individual content items together for the purpose of offering content bundles. |
| 6.Developer agrees to abide by the content requirements. |
| 7.GameKnack dose NOT require exclusive rights to Developer’s content and Developer is free to offer the same content items for sale else where. |
| 8.Developer CAN NOT provide a link in the Developer’s information page that takes a user to any type of site where a user can purchase items that are listed on GameKnack.
Thus in effect using GameKnack as a gateway to drive your personal store. |
| 9.Developer agrees to create or maintain a ‘PayPal’ account for the purpose of receiving payment from GameKnack. |
| 10.Developer has read and agrees with GameKnack
payment policy. |
| 11.Developer has read and agrees with GameKnack
privacy policy. |
